Wine-Making Process

Bobal variety grapes give our wines a full body and colour and by combining these in the right proportion with Garnacha and Tempranillo excellent aromatic wines are obtained.

The grapes that we select are not only of the best quality, from Utiel-Requena county, but have also been produced with ecological farming techniques, which is why we have the certificate issued by the Valencian Community Ecological Farming Committee (CAE-CV) as a guarantee of authenticity.

The aim pursued at Bodegas Cueva is that of obtaining a small production of ecological wines with their own personality, and with denomination of origin, able to give us unique and incomparable sensations and - why not indeed? - even managing to make the best palate tingle with excitement.
